ORGANIC VANILLA BOURBON EXTRACT

Perfect for all your olfactory and culinary creations. Mix 10-30 drops, according to taste, into your recipe. Profile: Gentle scent, sweet and intensely aromatic. Origin: Madagascar. Extraction method: Hydro-alcoholic extraction (Oleoresin). Certified organic by Ecocert SA and Ecocert Canada. Shake the bottle well before use. Vanilla oleoresin may naturally settle at the bottom of the bottle with time (this is normal).

GRADE A BOURBON VANILLA BEANS

Organically grown, Grade A Bourbon Vanilla beans with heavy and well-balanced aroma. Product of Papua New Guinea. Packed in Canada. Fair Trade Certified, Direct Trade, Non-GMO. Certified Organic by ParPacs.

Bouquet: Very plump with strong notes of chocolate and sweet cream caramel. Packaged in a plastic shaker jar, 2 beans per jar. How to use: Split one vanilla bean and scrape out the delicious vanilla 'caviar'. Use one medium size vanilla bean's seeds instead of each teaspoon of vanilla extract in your recipe. For coffee, cut vanilla bean in half along its length and infuse a half per cup.
