› Pyramid Tea Bags (PTB) with loose teas are made from natural Corn Fiber. No nylon, No broken leaf, fannings or dust.

🌟 Frequent Question: What kind of leaf grades do you sell?
A: About 99% of our Tea inventory is premium quality Whole Leaf and penultimate teas: from OP to SFTGFOP and FBOPFEXS. Some outstanding natural Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Malawi Estates' BOPs (Black Tea) and handcrafted Green Teas are also available.
🌟 Frequent Question: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to countries where tea/coffee/herbs are not restricted and/or banned for importation. Orders are mailed within North America and Internationally to United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Moscow, St Petersburg, Mexico City via Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL. If Tea/Coffee/Herbs are not banned for importation into your country, please let us know - we would be glad to serve you! International orders are shipped via traceable surface or air services. An additional postage might be required. Delivery standards: 7-18 business days (traceable air), 6-8 weeks (traceable surface).
Non-traceable air can be done on request since Canada Post does not provide insurance and coverage for non-traceable items.
NOTE: We don't ship to military bases.
🌟 Frequent Question: Do you wholesale tea blending components?
A: No. Our Tea House is retail. For purchases of Tea Spices at wholesale prices, please register accounts with wholesale suppliers.
🌟 Frequent Question: I live in Toronto. Do you adjust postage?
A: Yes or please use one-sum payment option. Since our website serves Customers worldwide and we ship via traceable services, our postage rates are always adjusted - partially refunded if an overcharge for shipping exceeds CAD$1.50. If you would like to pay the exact amount of postage, please fill in the Order Form for Netbanking or PayPal Payment Request », and you will be invoiced via PayPal or INTERAC e-Transfer.
